PERFORMANCE PARTS & TUNING.It is your responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable laws before operating your vehicle on public roads. Performance parts and services are sold as-is with no warranty, expressed or implied. All warranties and refunds are void if the vehicle has been used for racing, competition, off-road, commercial, fleet, or any illegal purpose.
STORAGE & ABANDONED PROPERTY. Vehicles left on our property more than 5 business days after estimate or invoice are subject to a $25/day storage fee. Parts removed during service become the property of Impulse Performance by default. If you wish to retain them, you must request this before work begins and check the box below. A core or handling fee may apply to parts with resale value. Parts subject to manufacturer warranty or exchange agreements cannot be returned but may be inspected within 5 business days of repair completion. Any parts, tools, or hardware unclaimed after 30 days from invoice will be considered abandoned and become the property of Impulse Performance.
SERVICE AUTHORIZATION. By signing, you authorize JDM Origins LLC dba Impulse Performance to perform the described repairs, including operating your vehicle for testing or delivery. Prices are subject to change and you will be contacted for approval before any work beyond the original estimate. Please remove all personal belongings prior to service, as Impulse Performance is not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle. If repairs cannot be completed, applicable fees including storage, labor, towing, administrative, restocking, and recovery costs are due at pickup. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on your vehicle to secure any outstanding charges.
